3. Purposes and legal bases
Data is processed primarily to provide the website, operate the Minecraft server, manage the community, prevent abuse and fraud, moderate the services and handle support requests.
Depending on the circumstances, the main legal bases are Article 6(1)(b) GDPR (providing services), Article 6(1)(c) GDPR (legal obligations) and Article 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interests in secure and functional operation).
4. Hosting and server operation
Visiting the website and connecting to the Minecraft server generates technically necessary log data. Our hosting provider may process this data to deliver content, investigate errors and protect the systems against attacks.
5. Discord and external links
Our website links to external services, particularly Discord and external Minecraft server lists used for voting. Once you open such a link, the respective provider's privacy policy also applies. That provider is responsible for the processing carried out there.
6. Cookies, tracking and shop
The current Sky Pact website does not use its own analytics or marketing tools, or externally loaded Google Fonts. The shop is currently marked as coming soon; this website does not currently process orders or payment data.
7. Retention periods
Data is stored only for as long as needed for the relevant purposes or required by statutory retention obligations.
8. Your rights
Subject to the applicable legal requirements, you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection to certain processing. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a competent data protection supervisory authority.
9. Changes
We update this privacy policy when features, services we use or legal requirements change.
